Massage & Aromatherapy

At Toe-tal Care we offer general, relaxing massages as well as massage to aid particular ailments. Massages are offered to male and female patients in 30 and 60 and 75 minute sessions. Our fully qualified massage practitioner will ensure the massage is tailored individually for each patient to be therapeutic and relaxing. For some patients, aromatherapy using essential oils is of great benefit - you can discuss your suitability for this and your preferences for essential oils with the practitioner.

At the start of your session - you will be asked some basic questions to ensure that it is safe for you to receive a massage on the day of appointment. You will then be shown into one of our comfortable treatment rooms by your practitioner and left for a few minutes to undress and put on a robe.

Once you are ready, the practitioner will ensure that you are comfortably positioned on the couch, dim the lights and start the treatment.

Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient treatment performed by massaging and pressure pointing certain areas of the feet. It is believed that major areas of the human body are represented by an area on the soles of the feet and, that by balancing the areas with reflexology treatment, the whole body can be helped back into balance
